Adeshina to Headline PFL Africa's Lagos Debut Event

Adeshina is set to headline the Professional Fighters League (PFL) Africa's inaugural event on Nigerian soil, taking place in Lagos on June 13, 2026. He will compete against Spain's Ignacio Campo in a featherweight showcase as the main event.

Adeshina, known as the Nigerian Jaguar, has a professional record of 10 wins and 3 losses. The event will also feature a co-main event with Nigeria's Patrick Ochem, who holds a record of 8 wins and 1 loss, facing Cameroon’s Octav Ayinda, who has 7 wins and 1 loss, in a lightweight tournament first-round matchup.

Additionally, unbeaten Algerian bantamweight Karim Hennien (6-0) will take on South Africa's Thimna Mhlauli (5-0) in another tournament bout. Other notable fighters include Cornel Thompson (11-3) facing Congolese fighter Tsilomba Mikixi (5-0) and Yahaya Yahuza (8-0) against Jordan Fongno (4-1).
