Dalung Questions Presidency's Defense of Gbajabiamila

Solomon Dalung has raised concerns regarding the Presidency's defense of Femi Gbajabiamila in relation to an alleged fake agency that reportedly operated within the Nigerian government without detection. Dalung criticized the statement made by Presidential spokesman Bayo Onanuga, highlighting significant gaps in government oversight.

He questioned how individuals could establish a fictitious agency and issue fraudulent appointment letters while operating from the Federal Secretariat. Dalung expressed concern over the agency's apparent access to the Central Bank of Nigeria's accounts without official scrutiny.

He also noted that the agency appeared in the national budget, which underwent several stages of legislative review. Furthermore, Dalung called for a public documentary to address the allegations, including the agency's inclusion in the national budget.

He emphasized the need for a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of Dolapo Babatunde Tanimola, who was reportedly involved in the matter.
