Anambra State Government Supports JAMB's Expansion of CBT Centers

Anambra State government, through the State Commissioner of Education, Prof. Ngozi Chuma Udeh, expressed support for JAMB's initiative to expand Computer-Based Test (CBT) centers in the state.

The commitment was reiterated during a meeting in Awka with the State Coordinator of JAMB, Dr. Diana Obiano.

The state acknowledged JAMB's integral role in the education system, especially in conducting exams and placing successful candidates in tertiary institutions. Anambra State commended JAMB for establishing 450 capacity CBT centers and pledged readiness to support the establishment of additional centers to enhance candidate access and efficiency.

The state government also emphasized the importance of quality education and sought assistance in providing official vehicles for reaching remote areas. An appeal was made for support in renovating offices and constructing halls to accommodate the increasing number of candidates during registration and examinations.
