Anambra ready for Nigeria beach soccer league round two—Official

Anambra is set to host the second round of the Nigeria Beach Soccer League, according to Okwudili Awam, the Director of Media for ABSA. The league will take place at the Beach Soccer stadium within Nnewi High School premises and will feature eight clubs, including Kebbi Fishers, Ibom Nmako, Patigi Kada, Kebbi United, Jigawa Golden Stars, and Niger, alongside the Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors.

The event is scheduled to start on the 21st of March, 2025. Awam expressed excitement about Anambra hosting the league and assured fans of the sport that preparations are in top gear for a successful event.

He also called on the public, especially corporate organizations, to partner with ABSA for the league.
