Youth Group Urges APC to Respect Jos North Primary Results

The Anguwan Rogo/Anguwan Rimi Youth Development Association, led by chairman Alhaji Sammani Ali, called on the All Progressives Congress (APC) to uphold the results of the recent primary election for the Jos North North State House of Assembly seat. During a press conference in Jos, the association warned against any attempts to challenge the election outcome outside the party's established dispute resolution mechanisms.

They praised the peaceful conduct of the primary elections and expressed concern over reports of individuals seeking to overturn the results unlawfully. The association emphasized the importance of respecting the primary election's outcome to maintain party cohesion and public confidence.

They urged APC leadership at all levels to ensure justice, fairness, and adherence to democratic principles, while also appealing for calm among supporters of Hon. Adamu Aliyu and all party members.

The association reaffirmed its commitment to peaceful coexistence and the rule of law in Jos North.
