Anambra First Lady Reports Steady Recovery of Assaulted Boy

Anambra State First Lady Nony Soludo expressed her delight at the steady recovery of 10-year-old Chiziterem, who was allegedly assaulted and suffered severe burn injuries. Chiziterem is currently receiving medical treatment in the Idemili North Local Government Area.

Following a second visit to the hospital, Soludo expressed relief and satisfaction with the medical team's care, noting that Chiziterem's condition is stable. She emphasized the importance of community support and urged residents to continue speaking out against child abuse and neglect.

Soludo highlighted that every child deserves a safe environment to thrive and promised to keep a close watch on Chiziterem's recovery, ensuring he receives the necessary care and support until he is fully reunited with his family. She reiterated the need for vigilance in reporting child abuse, encouraging the public to call emergency numbers when necessary.
