Benue PDP Suspends Publicity Secretary Tim Nyor

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Benue State has suspended its Publicity Secretary, Tim Nyor, due to alleged misconduct and anti-party activities. This decision was made during a state working committee meeting held in Makurdi.

Party leaders accused Nyor of actions that could harm party unity and contradict internal rules. An internal investigation into the allegations against him has already been initiated.

The statement released by the party, signed by State Secretary Dan Nyikwagh, emphasized that Nyor's actions were inconsistent with the party's values. The suspension takes effect immediately, and Nyor is prohibited from speaking or acting on behalf of the party during this period.

The PDP leadership stressed that this move is necessary to protect internal discipline and ensure that members adhere to the party's rules and structure, as they remain committed to maintaining order and unity in future political engagements in the state.
