Ric Chelle Proposes 19-Point Plan to NFF for Super Eagles

Ric Chelle, the head coach of the Super Eagles, has presented a comprehensive 19-point proposal to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on January 22, 2026, to enhance the team's performance as they aim for a third-place finish in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. Chelle's proposal includes a monthly salary of $130,000, which encompasses the salaries of technical staff.

He also demands a private car with a chauffeur, security housing, 24-hour power supply, and proper office equipment, including a projector and internet access. Additionally, he requests flight tickets for his wife and two children, with business class for himself and economy for his children.

Chelle emphasizes the need for no interference in team selection and player calls, and he plans to initiate a youth development program. The proposal reflects Chelle's commitment to improving the Super Eagles' competitive edge and ensuring that staff salaries are paid by the 30th of each month.
