Clerics Urge Christians to Build Lasting Legacies

On Monday in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Rev. Femi Adesina, Senior Pastor of Faith and Miracle Church, and other clerics urged Christians to focus on devotion to God and selfless service during a candlelight procession marking the second remembrance anniversary of Rev. Fola Achudume, who died on August 3, 2024. The event, which concluded a two-day remembrance program, included prayers, tributes, and an educational empowerment presentation.

Adesina emphasized the importance of leaving a lasting legacy, stating that people will remember one's service to God and humanity rather than material possessions. Rev. Adeoye Adeyanju, Assistant General Overseer of Victory Life Bible Church International, encouraged church members to emulate Achudume's commitment to God and service.

The program featured the presentation of an educational empowerment package to Olatinko Imo, reflecting Achudume's passion for education. Apostle Lawrence Achudume, General Overseer of Victory Life Bible Church International, shared emotional reflections on life since his wife's passing.
