CMD Abdulrahman Shehu Launches Reform Agenda at FTH Lokoja

Professor Abdulrahman Shehu, the newly appointed Chief Medical Director of the Federal Teaching Hospital, Lokoja, has introduced a reform agenda aimed at transforming the hospital into a leading center of excellence. During an interaction with the Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists Kogi State Council, he emphasized the importance of staff welfare, infrastructure development, and quality healthcare delivery.

Professor Shehu stated that staff members are the hospital's greatest asset and that creating a conducive working environment is a priority. He plans to implement measures to boost staff morale and productivity through regular engagement and meetings.

Comrade Segun Ademola Salami, Chairman of the Correspondents’ Chapel, praised Professor Shehu for his efforts in the hospital's transformation and encouraged him to involve all staff in his initiatives for successful implementation.
