Nigeria-Saudi Investment Summit Set for August 2026

Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman/CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), announced the upcoming Nigeria-Saudi Diaspora Investment and Tourism Exhibition Summit during a pre-event media conference at NiDCOM headquarters in Abuja.

Scheduled for August 4-5, 2026, at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre, the Summit aims to deepen economic ties between Nigeria and Saudi Arabia by addressing investment misconceptions, examining challenges, and opening opportunities in both markets. Dabiri-Erewa, represented by Dr Sule Yakubu Bassi, highlighted the success of the first edition in 2019, which attracted over 30 Saudi companies.

Hon. Abdulrahman Terab emphasized the exhibition's goal to enhance understanding of the investment landscape and foster business connections.

The event will focus on sectors such as real estate, agriculture, technology transfer, trade, and tourism, encouraging stakeholders to participate. Mr.

Muhammed Umar Yaro, one of the organizers, stated that the Summit aims to unlock investment opportunities and strengthen Nigerian-Saudi relations in trade and business.
