Dankwambo Appointed New Chair of Senate Public Accounts Committee

Ibrahim Dankwambo has been appointed as the new chairman of the Senate Committee on Public Accounts, succeeding Wadada. This decision was confirmed by Malam Farouk Yarma, the spokesman for the committee, during a plenary session.

Dankwambo, a former governor of Gombe State and a seasoned financial expert with extensive experience in public finance, taxation, and forensic accounting, is expected to significantly improve the committee's effectiveness in executing its mandate.
