Dickson, Obi, Kwankwaso Meet to Strategize for NDC Campaign

On Thursday, October 5, 2023, Seriake Dickson, the National Leader of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), held a strategic meeting with the party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, and his running mate, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso. The meeting, which also included NDC National Chairman Moses Cleopas and other senior leaders, focused on issues affecting the party and the country, as well as preparations for the unveiling of the NDC Campaign Council ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Dickson noted that this meeting followed another engagement held two days prior. He called on all stakeholders, aspirants, and party members to unite and work collectively for the success of their candidates.

The campaign council is expected to play a crucial role in coordinating the party’s activities once the campaign season begins. Dickson’s emphasis on unity comes amid efforts by opposition political groups to strengthen their platform for the upcoming elections.
