EFCC orders arrest of dismissed officer retaining official property

The EFCC has issued an order for the arrest of a dismissed officer who is still in possession of official property. The spokesperson for the EFCC, Dele Oyewale, stated that the commission strongly condemns the actions of the former staff driver from the Ibadan Zonal Directorate, who was recently dismissed for certificate forgery.

The former employee was found using an EFCC identity card on a social media platform, participating in a matchmaking program hosted by Lege Miami. The Executive Chairman of the EFCC, Mr.

Ola Olukoyede, has instructed the arrest of the individual for retaining commission property, including the identity card that should have been returned upon dismissal. The public has been warned against associating with the individual, identified as Folarin.
