Ekiti APC Forms Committee to Resolve Primary Election Disputes

The Ekiti State chapter of the APC has formed a reconciliation committee to resolve disputes following the recent primary elections. This initiative aims to strengthen unity within the party as it prepares for the 2026 governorship elections.

The committee was announced by Segun Dipe, the APC spokesperson, in a statement made available in Ado Ekiti on Saturday. The committee will be chaired by former Governor Segun Oni and is tasked with engaging stakeholders to address concerns that have arisen from the concluded primary elections.

The committee's members include former Deputy Governor Modup Adelabu, Abiodun Aluko, Yemi Adaramodu, Adeoy Aribasoy, Prof. Habibat Adubiaro, Ronk Okusanya, and Akinwal Adeyey, who will serve as secretary.

Sola Elesin, the APC State Chairman, emphasized the importance of unity for the party's success and reaffirmed the APC's commitment to internal democracy and inclusivity in Ekiti State.
