FCT Minister Inspects Key Infrastructure Projects in Abuja

The FCT Minister conducted an inspection of significant infrastructure projects in Abuja, including the full-scope development of Arterial Road N16, which stretches from Jahi District through Gwarimpa to RR3, and the Zaudna-Kagini-Kaba rural road linking the Old Keffi Road in Dei-Dei to the Outer Northern Expressway. The minister reported that these projects are progressing satisfactorily and are expected to enhance infrastructure and connectivity in the territory.

Specifically, the Zaudna-Kagini-Kaba road project, initiated under the directive of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is anticipated to be completed by December. The minister also noted advancements at the Magistrate Court complex in Garki, where efforts to reclaim an area affected by erosion will expand judicial infrastructure.

He expressed confidence that the court project would also be completed by year-end. Additionally, the minister addressed security concerns, dismissing reports of a general rise in armed robbery while acknowledging isolated incidents.
