Siblings and Woman Arraigned for Guzape Murder Case

On Monday, three defendants, Adimik Odirachukwu, Anthony Adimik, and Chinyere Stephani Comfort Ajibad, were arraigned at the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court on four counts related to the murder of Adimik Godwin in Guzape. The incident occurred on May 15, when Godwin was found unconscious in his room with multiple stab wounds, leading to his death at Karu General Hospital.

The FCT Police Command, through spokesperson Josephine Adeh, reported that the investigation began after a relative raised an alarm when attempts to contact Godwin were unsuccessful. The police responded promptly, leading to the discovery of the body.

The defendants face charges of conspiracy to commit culpable homicide and culpable homicide, with Odirachukwu facing additional charges related to entering a civil union. The court has remanded the defendants at Suleja Correctional Centre and adjourned the case until September 30, 2026, for further proceedings.
