FCTA Successfully Conducts Science Placement Exams

The Education Resource Centre (ERC), part of the FCT Education Secretariat, conducted the Science Placement Examination for students seeking admission into Science and Technical Schools in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). This examination took place at designated centres throughout the territory and is part of the FCT Administration's initiative to enhance opportunities for students pursuing science and technical education.

Dr. Neemat Daud Abdulrahim, the director of the ERC, monitored the examination and confirmed it was executed in an orderly manner, with effective arrangements for smooth administration. She highlighted improvements in examination management processes, ensuring suitable environments for candidates.

Dr. Abdulrahim acknowledged the positive effects of ongoing renovations in public school facilities led by the Hon. Minister of FCT, Nyesom Ezenwa Wike, which provided larger spaces for examinations. This year, the number of examination centres was reduced compared to previous years, making monitoring more efficient.
