FLAC Partners with NICRAT to Boost Cancer Advocacy in Nigeria - Key Partnership for Cancer Awareness!

The Friends of FLAC initiative was launched by FLAC2025 in partnership with NICRAT to enhance cancer advocacy in Nigeria. The Memorandum of Understanding signed between FLAC and NICRAT aims to strengthen cancer response through awareness campaigns, policy advocacy, community mobilization, and capacity building.

The collaboration will focus on grassroots sensitization, policy dialogues, and tailored training for cancer advocates. The transition of FLAC leadership saw Zainab handing over the Chairperson role to Barr Chioma Hope Uzodimma.

The partnership includes key health sector stakeholders like Roche, committing to bridging critical gaps in cancer awareness and access. The signing ceremony was attended by prominent members like Amina Abubakar Bello and Linda Ayade.
