Ojudu Denies Lobbying Tinubu for Government Role

Babafemi Ojudu, a former presidential aide, publicly dismissed reports suggesting he was lobbying President Bola Tinubu for a government appointment. In a post on his Facebook page on Tuesday night, Ojudu described the claims as false and misleading, attributing them to a video compilation that he alleged was circulated as propaganda. He clarified that he had not granted any interviews since March 2026 and noted that the last time he spoke publicly in an interview was in 2025, prior to the publication of his book. Ojudu reaffirmed his political stance, stressing that it remains unchanged and that he has no intention of joining the current administration led by Tinubu.
