Hask Condemns Brutal Killings in Adamawa, Calls for Action

Abdulrahman Bashir Hask, a governorship aspirant from the Progressive Congress APC in Adamawa State, condemned the brutal attack that resulted in the deaths of innocent residents in Mayoladd community, Hong Local Government Area, on Tuesday. In a statement released on Friday through media aide Abdulgaffar Ahm, Hask described the attack as barbaric and a grave assault on humanity.

He expressed profound sorrow for the victims and their families, emphasizing the need for immediate humanitarian support for those affected, including the injured and displaced. Hask highlighted the ongoing violence in the region, particularly in rural border communities, and called for urgent strengthening of security efforts, better coordination among security agencies, and enhanced surveillance to prevent further attacks.

He reaffirmed his commitment to prioritizing the safety of citizens in Adamawa State and stated his intent to contest the governorship election, with security as a key pillar of his agenda.
