Tolaram Science Challenge Celebrates 10 Years of Impact

The Tolaram Science Challenge, an annual science competition sponsored by Lagos Free Zone, has been transforming education in Ibeju-Lekki for a decade. The 10th edition featured 16 secondary schools, each represented by six students, competing in subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and General Knowledge.
Iwerekun Community Senior High School emerged victorious, claiming its third consecutive title by defeating Magbon-Alade Senior Grammar School, while Ibeju Senior High School, Lekki, and Community Senior High School, Lekki, secured third and fourth places, respectively. Individual achievements were recognized, with Nyong Jebson, Adekunle Ephraim, and Ashikodi Chukwu winning cash prizes for their performances.
Additionally, 32 students received Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) scholarships for their exceptional contributions throughout the competition.
