Mirabel Returns to Social Media After Ogun Rehab

Nsikak Abigail, popularly known as Mirabel, has announced her return to social media after completing a rehabilitation program in Ogun State. This follows her earlier police custody due to a false rape allegation.

On Saturday, she shared several posts on TikTok, including one stating, “I survived, so I’m awaiting your hate comments,” and another indicating she was “Out of therapy but not healed.” Mirabel gained public attention in February 2026 when she alleged that she was raped by an unidentified man in her home in Ogijo, Sagamu Local Government Area. She claimed the incident occurred on February 15, 2026, after she had been drinking.

However, she later admitted in a conversation with social media activist Martins Otse that the rape allegation was false, revealing that she had created a TikTok account for the supposed attacker and was struggling with mental health issues. Following her admission, the Ogun State Police Command investigated the matter, and she voluntarily reported to the police for medical examination and treatment.
