Araraume Disowns False Statement, Reaffirms APC Loyalty

On Wednesday, former Senator Ifeanyi Godwin Araraume publicly disowned a statement circulating on various media platforms concerning the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial primary in Imo State. He described the statement as false and unauthorized, attributing it to political mischief-makers.

Araraume clarified that he neither authored nor authorized the release of the statement, which he claimed aimed to mislead the public and create unnecessary tension within the party. He urged APC members and the general public to disregard the document, labeling it a fabrication by opportunists seeking to sow discord.

Araraume reaffirmed his loyalty to the APC and its leadership, emphasizing his commitment to the party's democratic processes and the need for unity. He dismissed claims of a strained relationship with Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma as baseless and reiterated his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration and its agenda for national development.
