Araraume Disowns False APC Primary Statement, Reaffirms Loyalty

Former Senator Ifeanyi Godwin Araraume publicly disowned a false statement circulating on various media platforms concerning the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial primary in Imo State. In a statement issued from his office on Wednesday, Araraume described the publication as unauthorized and a product of political mischief aimed at misleading the public and creating unnecessary tension within the party.

He clarified that he neither authorized nor approved the statement and urged party members and the general public to disregard it. Araraume reaffirmed his commitment to the APC and its leadership, emphasizing the importance of internal democracy and adherence to party decisions.

He also dismissed reports suggesting a strained relationship with Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma, labeling such claims as baseless. Araraume called for unity among party members and warned against attempts to create divisions within the APC, stressing the need for cooperation and mutual respect among stakeholders.
