ACPN Supports Soludo's Healthcare Transformation Agenda

The Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria (ACPN) issued a joint statement congratulating Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo on his inauguration for a second term as Governor of Anambra State. The statement, attributed to Felix Enendu, Chairman of the Anambra State branch of ACPN, described Soludo's re-election as a clear endorsement of his visionary leadership aimed at transforming governance for the people of the state.

The ACPN emphasized its commitment to supporting Soludo's administration, particularly in advancing healthcare reforms and improving access to quality medicines. The association commended Soludo's determination to establish a coordinated wholesale center for pharmaceutical supplies and highlighted the flagship Oba initiative, which aligns with the National Drug Distribution Guidelines.

Additionally, ACPN praised the governor's industrial agenda, including the development of a 4,000-hectare pharmaceutical hub in Ogboji, which is expected to stimulate pharmaceutical manufacturing and promote research and development in Anambra, positioning it as a leading destination for drug production and healthcare innovation in West Africa.
