Kebbi APC Stakeholders Criticize Senator Maidoki's Claims

Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kebbi State have criticized Senator Garba Musa Maidoki, who represents Kebbi South Senatorial District, for making misleading remarks regarding security and his representation of the constituency. In a statement issued on Tuesday, the stakeholders accused the senator of failing to provide adequate representation and support for projects affecting the security challenges in Kebbi South, particularly in Zuru.

They claimed that Maidoki did not participate in several consultative meetings with government officials and traditional rulers to address these issues. Furthermore, they dismissed his claims of victimization, asserting that he was not a member of the APC during the primary elections.

The stakeholders emphasized the importance of traditional institutions, represented by Emir Zuru Alhaji Muhammad Sanusi Mika Ilu Sami Gomo III, remaining non-partisan and enjoying the support of the people. They urged Senator Maidoki to concentrate on effective representation and community development rather than engaging in political controversies.
