Kebbi Commissioner Urges New Media Aides to Boost Publicity

On Saturday, Alhaji Yakubu Ahmed BK, the Kebbi State Commissioner for Information and Culture, addressed Special Assistants on New Media at the Argungu Local Government Secretariat, urging them to strengthen collaboration and intensify the publicity of Governor Nasir Idris’ achievements. This meeting was part of a statewide tour by the Governor’s media aides to engage stakeholders.

The Commissioner highlighted the significance of unity, teamwork, and dedication in effectively communicating the administration's policies and accomplishments over the past three years. He commended the aides for their contributions and encouraged them to enhance their efforts, emphasizing the administration's investment in social media.

He also called for professionalism and proactive dissemination of accurate information. Aliyu Bandado, the Special Adviser to the Governor on New Media, reiterated the importance of social media in governance and urged the aides to continue supporting the administration through effective communication and strategic social media use.
