Seven Kidnapped Victims Die in Kaduna Terrorists' Camp

At least seven victims abducted during an attack on worshippers in Ariko community, Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State, in April have reportedly died in captivity. Reuben Buhari, a former media aide to the late Kaduna State Governor, shared this information based on accounts from a recently freed captive.

The deceased included two men, two women, and three children, who were not given proper burials but were instead abandoned on a slope. Additionally, a baby born to one of the abducted women died after nearly three weeks due to the lack of medical care.

Another baby, born to a pregnant woman abducted from Awon village on April 20, died the day after birth. The survivors described extremely harsh living conditions, with captives sleeping in the open and suffering from malnutrition and illness due to inadequate shelter, food, and medical attention.
