Kwara Police Seize 127 Bags of Cannabis in Joint Operation - Arrest Notorious Kidnapper

In Kwara State, Nigerian police intercepted 127 bags of cannabis hidden in a yam truck during a joint operation. Two men from Niger State were arrested in connection with the drug consignment.

Additionally, three suspects linked to a previous attack in Babanla were apprehended. The police described one of the suspects as a notorious kidnapper.

The successful operation was a result of coordinated efforts between security agencies and local vigilante groups to combat drug trafficking and armed criminal activities in the state.
