Lagos Man Killed by Cultists Over Missing Phone Dispute

Azeez, a young man, was beaten to death by suspected cultists in Oko-Oba, Agege, Lagos State, due to a dispute over a missing phone. The incident took place on Monday, August 3, after Azeez had attended a party with some colleagues.

According to a police source, an argument erupted among Azeez and his colleagues regarding the missing phone, which escalated into an assault by some of the suspected cultists, who were reportedly his friends. The police source confirmed that Azeez succumbed to the injuries he sustained during the assault.
