Terrorists Kill Two Farmers in Sokoto Attack

In Sokoto, two farmers were killed and one sustained injuries during an attack by terrorists while they were working on their farm. The incident took place in the Tangaza area, where the victims were reportedly shot in the leg and subsequently rushed to Tangaza General Hospital for treatment.

The death toll was later confirmed to be two after the bodies of the farmers were discovered. Local residents indicated that the terrorists had previously warned farmers against cultivating their land, threatening them not to go to their farms.

Just a week prior, an attack in Madarar Village, Raka Ward, resulted in the shooting of two individuals. Efforts to obtain an official confirmation from the Sokoto State Police Command were unsuccessful, as the command's spokesman, DSP Ahmad Rufa, did not respond to telephone calls or text messages at the time of filing the report.
