Edeh Benjamin Defects to NDC, Eyes House of Reps Seat

Edeh Benjamin, a chieftain of the Labour Party, has officially defected to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and declared his intention to contest for a House of Representatives seat representing the Obudu, Obanliku, and Bekwarra federal constituency in Cross River State. His defection comes shortly after several other political figures, including Peter Obi and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, have also made similar moves.

Benjamin's decision was influenced by extensive consultations and strategic considerations regarding the political landscape, including party structure and long-term viability.
