Osunbor Defends ADC Against Corruption Allegations

In a recent interview on Channels Television's Politics Today, former Edo State Governor Osunbor defended the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as a credible political platform in light of the upcoming 2027 general elections. He challenged critics to name any ADC member as corrupt as those in the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Osunbor asserted that Nigeria urgently requires a leadership reset and that the ADC remains a viable political vehicle for anyone seeking to contest in the 2027 elections. He dismissed concerns regarding defections to the ADC, stating that the party would gain members rather than lose them.

Osunbor also addressed allegations of legal troubles faced by the ADC, suggesting these were politically motivated attempts to destabilize the opposition. He criticized the current executive for interfering with state institutions, particularly the judiciary, and defended ADC members who previously held office without delivering results.
