Aregbesola Denies Plans to Rejoin APC Amid ADC Crisis

Rauf Aregbesola, who served as the two-term governor of Osun State, addressed rumors regarding his potential return to the All Progressives Congress (APC), clarifying that he has no intention of rejoining the party. During a meeting with party stakeholders in Ilesa, Osun State, Aregbesola dismissed the claims as untrue and not worthy of serious consideration.

He highlighted the current difficult living conditions faced by Nigerians, attributing these challenges to the present leadership at the federal level, which he believes has not met the expectations of the populace in areas such as welfare and security. Aregbesola urged members of the ADC to support the party's commitment to improving the state and emphasized that despite pressures and criticisms, the ADC continues to gain strength and should remain focused.

He expressed support for the ADC's candidate, Najeem Folasayo Salaam, indicating the importance of dedication to the party's development goals.
