Ejiofor Urges Ndigbo to Reject Biafra Propaganda

Sir Ifeanyi Ejiofor, the lead counsel for the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), called on the Ndigbo to rise above emotional rhetoric and reject narratives that glorify violence in the Biafra struggle. He emphasized that the movement should not be built on falsehoods or propaganda, warning that misinformation could cause significant harm to the people.

Ejiofor advocated for a peaceful and disciplined approach to self-determination, stressing the importance of truth and wisdom in leadership. He noted that the future of the Ndigbo should not be secured through conflict but through a commitment to preserving human life and dignity.

Ejiofor also highlighted recent positive developments in the leadership of IPOB under Mazi Chika Edoziem, which he believes marks a departure from previous patterns of misinformation and deception. He reiterated that genuine struggles for justice and equity must be transparent and honest, remaining non-negotiable guiding principles.
