NIJ to Honor Customs CG Bashir Adeniyi on April 15

The Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ) is set to host a special convocation ceremony on Wednesday, April 15, at its Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos campus. The event will honor Bashir Adewal Adeniyi, the Comptroller General of Nigeria Customs Service, by conferring upon him a fellowship.

The ceremony will be presided over by Aremo Olusegun Osoba, the chairman of the NIJ Governing Council and a former governor of Ogun State. The event is scheduled to commence at 1:00 PM at the Sir Kensington Adebutu Media Resource Centre.

Bashir Adeniyi is recognized as a proud alumnus of NIJ, and the honor reflects his leadership and dedication to public service, as well as his tireless efforts to promote excellence in Nigerian media.
