Dino Melaye: No Force Can Halt ADC Convention Plans

Dino Melaye, a member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) convention planning committee, has declared that no battalion can stop the ADC's convention scheduled for Tuesday. He emphasized that the party has a valid contract and has made full payment for the venue.

Melaye spoke on a television morning show, addressing attempts to halt the event, including efforts to shut the venue's gates and requests for the organizers to vacate the premises. However, he stated that the state committee resisted these moves, maintaining that they had duly signed an agreement with the venue owner and fulfilled their financial obligations.

Melaye further asserted the party's commitment to challenging the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), and expressed confidence in the ADC's growing influence. He noted that the contract was properly signed, and payment receipts were issued, reinforcing that the convention would proceed as planned.
