APM's Bagana Denies Faction Amid Governors' Defections

Muhammad Musa Bagana, the former chairman of the All Peoples Movement (APM), addressed concerns regarding the party's unity following the defections of Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed and Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde. Bagana insisted that there is no faction within the APM and described the governors' defection as a significant step towards sustaining democracy in Nigeria.

He rejected claims made by a purported faction led by Yusuf Mamman Dantal, labeling them as fake news and the work of mischief-makers. Bagana emphasized that the APM has strong leadership and that any statements suggesting a faction are unauthorized and misleading.

He also mentioned that the party would not engage in legal battles over leadership disputes, as there is no ongoing case in court. Bagana reaffirmed the party's commitment to its mission and urged members to disregard any attempts to destabilize the APM during the crucial electoral season.
