Obidient Movement Accuses Keyamo of Editing Obi's Footage

The Obidient Movement has accused Festus Keyamo, the Minister of Aviation, of publishing doctored CCTV footage of Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC). The movement described the footage as poorly edited propaganda aimed at criminalizing Obi.

They asserted that Keyamo's release of the footage was a deliberate attempt to distort the circumstances surrounding a recent incident at the airport. The movement criticized Keyamo's claims that Obi's vehicle was abandoned for thirty minutes, arguing that timestamps in Keyamo's own footage contradicted this assertion.

They stated that the footage showed Obi's vehicle arriving at 20:28 and leaving at approximately 20:34, indicating a six-minute duration rather than thirty minutes. The Obidient Movement also refuted Keyamo's claim that Obi's vehicle obstructed the terminal entrance, stating that the footage showed the vehicle parked without causing any obstruction.

They characterized Keyamo's actions as amateurish propaganda that undermined his own narrative.
