Ogogo's Family Denies False Baby Boy Reports

On August 26, 2023, the family of late Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, clarified that reports claiming his daughter Kira Taiwo had welcomed a baby boy were false. The rumors circulated on social media shortly after Ogogo's death and burial.

A video associated with the claim referred to the alleged newborn as “My Daddy’s Carbon Copy.” In response to the misinformation, Haleemah Taiwo, another daughter of Ogogo, issued a statement on Instagram, urging the public to disregard the false reports. She emphasized that the family had received numerous inquiries from friends and relatives regarding the claim, which prompted the need for a public clarification.

Haleemah requested that during this mourning period, people refrain from spreading unverified information about their family.
