Kira Taiwo Denies Viral Baby Boy Claim After Ogogo's Death

Kira Taiwo, the daughter of the late actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, addressed a viral claim regarding her sister allegedly giving birth to a baby boy just days after their father's death and burial. The rumor circulated widely on social media, featuring photos and a video that suggested the newborn resembled the late actor.

Kira clarified that the images were from February 2024, when she welcomed her first child while Ogogo was still alive, and no recent birth had occurred. She urged the public to stop sharing unverified information during this painful time for the family.

The false report added emotional distress, leading to numerous calls and messages directed at the family. Ogogo, a prominent figure in Nollywood, left behind a family that is currently seeking privacy as they mourn.

Additionally, an Islamic group, Muslims, initiated a water project in Ogogo's memory, raising ₦5.331 million for the Ilaro community.
