Okpebholo Promises 5-Minute Security Response in Edo

Edo State Governor Monday Okpebholo has pledged that his administration will enable security agencies to respond to threats within five minutes across the state. This assurance was communicated by his Chief Press Secretary, Patrick Ebojele, during a service at Living Faith Church in Benin City.

Okpebholo emphasized the prioritization of residents' safety and the improvement of security measures within the next month. He stated that dedicated emergency numbers would soon be made available for residents to seek immediate assistance.

The governor expressed his commitment to making Edo safer by addressing issues such as kidnapping and robbery. He thanked the church for its support and prayers, highlighting his membership in Winners Chapel.

Pastor Emmanuel Ebiye commended Okpebholo for his developmental efforts and for donating food items to churches for distribution. Okpebholo later visited Rock of Ages Christian Assembly International, where General Overseer Charles Osazuwa spoke about the upcoming 2027 general election and the importance of unity in Nigeria.
