APC Confident of Victory in Osun Governorship Election

Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, a former lawmaker representing the Obokun State Constituency in the Osun State House of Assembly, stated that the opposition parties are scared of defeat in the forthcoming governorship election scheduled for August 15. He declared that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will win the election, regardless of the campaign calumny directed at the party and its candidate, Bola Oyebamiji.

Oyintiloye disclosed this during a statement obtained in Osogbo, the state capital, on Sunday. He accused the opposition parties of deliberately spreading falsehoods to mislead voters ahead of the polls, describing their accusations as unfortunate.

He emphasized that no amount of misinformation would deter the people of Osun from voting for the APC and expressed confidence that the electorate would not repeat the mistakes made in 2022. Oyintiloye highlighted that the APC has organized itself and is prepared for victory, asserting that the opposition will suffer a resounding defeat.
