Oyo Traffic Authority Implements Diversions for Youth Concert

The Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority announced temporary traffic diversions and road closures ahead of the BOYE NATION/JAF Movement Concert scheduled for Monday. Major Adekoya Adesagba (retd.), the board chairman, stated that these measures aim to ensure smooth traffic flow and the safety of all road users during the event, which is expected to draw a large crowd.

VIPs with valid event stickers will park at Gate 2, while other attendees will use the Recreation Field opposite Gate 3 as the designated parking area. PTS buses will transport attendees to the concert venue.

Gates 1 and 3 will be pedestrian-only, and roads leading to the stadium will be closed to non-attendees from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Adesagba urged motorists and residents to plan their journeys accordingly and comply with traffic signs and directives from OYRTMA personnel.

The concert aims to mobilize and unify Oyo youths through music and entertainment while serving as a platform for Boye Nation’s political declaration for the Allied Peoples Movement.
