Adeyemi Defends Validity of PFIPC Appointment Amid Allegations

Adeyemi, who claims to be the head of the fictitious Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), has responded to allegations from the presidency labeling him a con artist. In an interview on Thursday night, he asserted that he possesses a legitimate appointment letter and declined to discuss ongoing court matters, emphasizing that they are under judicial review.

The presidency, represented by special adviser Bayo Onanuga, has stated that the PFIPC does not exist and accused Adeyemi of forgery and impersonation. Adeyemi faces eight counts of charges filed against him in October 2025, including operating within the Federal Secretariat in Abuja and meeting with diplomats under false pretenses.

He denied any wrongdoing and expressed his willingness to face the law to clear his name. Additionally, he mentioned battling ill health but remains focused on resolving the allegations against him.
