Niger State Launches New Pharma-Grade Medical Store

Niger State has officially inaugurated a pharmaceutical-grade central medical store designed to improve drug quality and minimize waste. Governor Umaru Bago commissioned the facility, which is equipped to support the healthcare supply chain by ensuring that lifesaving medicines reach clinics and hospitals safely and efficiently.

The central medical store adheres to international standards and will bolster immunization programs, emergency responses, and routine health services. This initiative aims to reduce stock loss caused by improper storage and handling, thereby enhancing the overall healthcare delivery system in Niger State.
