Peter Obi Engages Shoppers During Abuja Supermarket Visit

On a Saturday visit to H Medix Supermarket in Abuja, Peter Obi, the former Governor of Anambra State and Labour Party's presidential candidate for the 2023 general elections, engaged with staff and shoppers. This visit follows his earlier appearance at Utaako Market, which gained significant attention on social media.

Esther Umoh, who shared photographs of Obi during his supermarket visit, noted that the interaction was part of Obi's strategy to connect with the daily experiences of Nigerians regarding market prices and economic conditions. Obi spent time interacting warmly with employees and fellow shoppers, emphasizing the importance of leadership that connects with the people it serves.

He served as the Governor of Anambra State from 2006 to 2014 and is currently a presidential candidate for the National Democratic Congress ahead of the 2027 presidential elections.
