Oyo Police Arrest Man With Suspected Human Flesh, Recover Abandoned Vehicle

The Oyo State Police Command arrested Alfa Basiru for allegedly possessing suspected human flesh and recovered an abandoned vehicle at Toll Gate in Ibadan. The police intercepted a white bus with registration number XA 551 IRG, leading to Basiru's arrest.

Basiru claimed he bought the substance in Lagos and was transferred to the Homicide Section of the State Criminal Investigation Department. The police also found a Toyota Camry, LSD 957 JX, abandoned during a routine search.

The items are undergoing forensic analysis. The incident highlights the ongoing police operations to deter crime and safeguard lives in the area.
