Nigeria Police to Conduct Recruitment Test April 28-30

The Nigeria Police Force has announced that a nationwide recruitment aptitude test will take place from April 28 to April 30, 2026. Ahmad Rufa, the Public Relations Officer of the Sokoto State Police Command, stated that the computer-based aptitude test is a critical phase in the recruitment process designed to ensure that only suitably qualified candidates are recruited into the Nigeria Police Force.

The screening will be conducted across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, with the physical credential screening concluding by April 18. The duration of the test will vary by state, depending on the number of candidates available, and the process will be flexible to accommodate operational realities.

All eligible candidates are urged to remain calm and await further details regarding venue allocations. Rufa emphasized the importance of relying on official communication channels for updates and warned against misinformation.
